How Will I Know My Size?
Our general sizes are S (4/6), M (6/8), L (8/10), XL (12/14) but we also include fit info on all our product listings to help guide you on whether it fits snug, true to size or oversized. If you're not sure about a size please use the chat feature to contact a stylist directly.
Orders & Returns:
You will receive confirmation once your order has been placed and a notice including tracking number once your order has shipped.
Free standard shipping applies to domestic US orders $75+. For orders up to $74.99 you pay $7.50 for standard shipping. Rush shipping is available for $20 and will upgrade your package to priority mail (usually 2 to 3 business days but will be confirmed at checkout). No delivery guarantees are made. We offer Route package insurance at checkout. If you select this option you will contact them directly to resolve any missing or damaged packages according to their terms and conditions. If you do not include Route package insurance with your order then you will have to follow up directly with the shipping carrier and adhere to their terms and conditions for any missing or damaged packages. Everyday Pearl is not responsible for missing or damaged packages once they are shipped and in the possession of the shipping provider. Shipping notification with tracking information will be provided and serves as proof that package is in possession of shipping provider. Shipping prices for destinations outside of the USA are calculated at checkout. Please note returns/exchanges policy for shipping expenses related to that process.Service.
Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours and arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Please note COVID has affected standard shipping times with all carriers.
What if it doesn't fit or I don't like it?
We've all been there- we had great hopes but something fell short of our expectations. We want you to love your Everyday Pearl clothing, so if anything doesn't work for you please contact us at info@everydaypearlshop.com or 678-631-9665 and we can either exchange or return according to our policy below.
Returns/Exchanges
You can return a completely unworn, unwashed and in the same quality condition you received from us item for up to 14 days after receipt of purchase for a refund of the purchase price of the merchandise. You can return an item for store credit of the purchase price of merchandise up to 30 days after purchase. To exchange an item for a different size, we will issue you a store credit that can be used to purchase the correct size in the online shop. Once your original item is received in good condition, we will ship the new item. There is a $5 restock fee for all returns/exchanges that is deducted from any refund or store credit amount. Shipping costs are not refunded and any return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. We will collect your feedback as part of the return process so that we can try and better meet your needs in the future. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as beauty balm and gift cards are exempt from returns. ALL CLEARANCE SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and no exchanges or returns are allowed.
To complete your return or exchange, we require your order number.

Everyday Pearl will provide a shipping label but you are responsible for packaging.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and no refund or exchange is provided without receipt of return item.
